Folks have been talking about loss of energy after a workout. I am no help on that because it just doesn’t take me that way. Yesterday, for example, did a 40 mile pop with hills and then cooked dinner for 30…stayed up late and so on. Back on the road today. When I DO NOT exercise, I am loguey and whipped. Maybe that’s just luck. Dunno C
