A couple of weeks after Ride the Rockies bike trip, I worried that I might have squandered all that fitness…I’d been to Brazil for a week, with little exercise, and a family crisis had eaten up the week after that.
But yesterday I did a 52 mile spin that was much easier and more fun than the same trip had been a month ago, before RTR. And my recovery rate touched 50 bpm. The news: Kedges work. And they keep on working. Hooray
