Here’s a minor, new toy that I have had good luck with…the Colson Abs Wheel. It’s just a ten or so inch wheel with handles on the sides…you roll yourself out. Then, if you’re lucky, roll yourself back. Hard at first but you get into it and it seems to work.

More esoteric – and expensive – is a fancy bike stand for doing repairs and tuning. Harry gave it to me for my birthday and I must say it’s quitre a break. I can barely do anything on my bike but I can do a lot more with this gadget. Looks good, too, in the lilving room. Unitl Hilary makes me put it in the barn.
