This video demonstrates a simple yet technically difficult exercise combination. Using a Swiss ball to challenge balance and stability in the push up plank position you will attempt a sprinting kick combination immediately into a side jump pulling the knee and hips upward. Again, simple combination but difficult to perform well especially while under high exertion mode. Bill
