Here’s a little morality (or maybe MORTALITGY) tale you should read.

A man just wrote to say that Younger Next Year didn’t just change his life, it saved his life.
I have heard that more often than you might think but his story had a little hook.

He was 65 and in good shape but – before beginning the YNY regimen – he took our advice and
had a medical check-up. And damned if the routine echocardiogram didn’t turn up an aneurism
in his aorta, a big one. He was hurried to surgery which was successful. Now he’s back at it. And
he tells one and all that YNY saved his life. Not bad. C
