Take a peek at this months OUTSIDE magazine, pp 87 et seq and you’ll see some interesting stuff about the guy who started my Old Lyme bike group, Michael Patterson and his pals, who are major backers of the USA Cycling Developement Fund, a supporter of Lance Armstrong and his heirs. Interesting piece. And, with this introduction, it gives the agreeably misleading impression that I am out there biking with some serious Masters Bikers. Which is true, but only at a great distance.
Any other serious masters bikers out there, besides Michael? It would be interesting to know. CC
