To keep your spirits up, over a lifetime, you need to vary your workout. Here is a new blessing: KETTLE BELLS. They are weights with a looped handle, similar to gizmos designed to weigh grain in Russia a long time ago. You swing ’em, you toss ’em, you wind them in figure eights between your legs. And you get a great aerobic/weight workout. Really good for weird places like your obliques (the key muscles down the sides of your torso). My HOMOCIDAL TRAINER, WALTER, put Hilary and me onto them and they’re wonderful. A little heavy but wonderful.
