Just back from Aspen where I skied a lot but ignored my own advice about weight training, even though skiing. My hip began to hurt. Quite a lot. Worried that the hip replacement was coming.
Then I came home and renewed my weight training. Especially the quad machine. And MIRACLE it went away. Hey…this stuff works. Maybe not forever but it’s okay to age 73. Give it a shot.
